We were established in Hong Kong in 1998 by our founder, who is a business traveler who understood the value of an airport lounge and felt that the experience, and the comfort and convenience, shouldn’t just be limited to a circle of privileged travelers. Through the years we have worked incredibly hard to create an experience which aspirationally merges quality and accessibility. After over two decades of successful operations, Plaza Premium Group is technology-enabled and now spans four core business segments: airport lounges, airport terminal hotels, airport meet & greet services, and a range of airport dining concepts.
In addition to our own brands, Plaza Premium Group provides airport hospitality solutions to leading airlines, alliances and corporates around the world. We won “World’s Best Independent Airport Lounge” for four consecutive years from 2016 to 2019 at the Skytrax World Airline Awards (the global benchmark for aviation excellence). We were voted “Best Airport Lounge Operator” for 2018 & 2019 by TTG Asia magazine. And in 2020, the Group was awarded ISO 9001:2015 for Hong Kong Headquarters, singling us out for quality management in airport lounge services.
And, one more to note: our Founder and CEO Mr. Song Hoi-see was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year and Master Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 Malaysia.
